Older SLURM used --workdir instead of --chdir #196

Reported via email from a user, their SLURM doesn't have --chdir but instead --workdir. It looks like maybe that used to be the name, based on some old manpages I found in google and some out-of-sync docs on the SLURM site (https://slurm.schedmd.com/heterogeneous_jobs.html).

The short option -D didn't change so we can switch to that and make a note of the inconsistency.
