Minor changes for default settings in civet_make_joblist script

-thickness tlink 30 -> -thickness tlink 20 -combine-surface -> -no-combine-surfaces

For documentation purposes, what do these settings do? Why are we changing them?

-thickness tlink is the blur kernel size (in mm). ie how local do you want your blurring. though the civet reference website lists 30 as default, 20 provides us with a bit more specifity and has become our go to usage.

-no-combine-surfaces instructs CIVET to give output for each hemisphere as opposed to combining them. allows user to view them one by one or combine with post processing if desired
