Register error #19

I ran the following command: kubste@cicws29:/data/chamal/projects/steph/beast_pipeline/mincbeast_bpipe/output/CIVET/input$ register temp.mnc temp2.mnc

this opend up a new window and while setting new points for registration, the program crashed, the window closed and I got the following error: XIO: fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server ":0" after 2644 requests (2644 known processed) with 0 events remaining.

module loaded while doing this: Currently Loaded Modulefiles: 1) quarantine 2) gcc/4.1.2 3) minc-toolkit/1.0.01

I was hoping to reproduce the error, but you deleted your files. Could you please provide them.

Sure! Sorry yes I created them to show it to Raihaan. I made you a new directory called For_Gabe that you find in /data/chamal/projects/steph/For_Gabe and created two new temp files. Hope you can reproduce the error now.

register is fixed in minc-toolkit/1.0.04 please try that
