Try to run CIVET/1.1.10 but had the following problem: mincinfo: Error opening file "/scratch/kubste/mnc_float/output/PPMI_3120_MR_MPRAGE_GRAPPAbr_raw_20120522094743040_118_S151213_I305849_float/native/test_PPMI_3120_MR_MPRAGE_GRAPPAbr_raw_20120522094743040_118_S151213_I305849_float_t1.mnc" (from miopen): Unable to open file '/scratch/kubste/mnc_float/output/PPMI_3120_MR_MPRAGE_GRAPPAbr_raw_20120522094743040_118_S151213_I305849_float/native/test_PPMI_3120_MR_MPRAGE_GRAPPAbr_raw_20120522094743040_118_S151213_I305849_float_t1.mnc'

I had the following modules loaded: 1) quarantine 2) gcc/4.1.2 3) CIVET/1.1.10 4) CIVET-extras/1.0

I recall coming to you with the same problem...I think the workaround was converting to Minc 1.0 instead of 2.0

Testing this now

Mincconvert worked!!!
