Improve the error of baits being in multiple/none of the matrices.
[ ] For baits appearing in none of the matrices. Remove them from the baits internally and print a warning to the user: "These baits appear in none of the matrices: bait bait bait". Do not stop execution, just continue without those baits
[ ] Better error message for baits in multiple matrices (because sometimes there are 100 baits):
These baits appear in multiple matrices:
- bait1: matrix1 matrix2
- bait2: matrix1 matrix3
