FEATURE: Google Ads #25

Same as on cor-forum.de, cort.cor-forum.de is now serving Google Ads. At least on mobile devices there is a top banner.

We will test this and see if it brings revenue. CoR Forum is getting paid 70€ now and we will use this to make promotions for the community.

Let me know what you think, how can we give back something to the users? Ximerin giveaway?

Also, I will implement Ads to be optional. Logged in users will be able to disable Ads in their account settings.
