Clearer link to "Previous Versions" #196

@bfjia Minor item for the future:

It would be great if “Previous Versions” under the "List of Useful Tools could be a link that shows up more like

"Previous Versions

Here we store old versions of the Duotang notebook: https://covarr-net.github.io/duotang/archive/ "

….just to make it clearer, since it was unclear to someone that the “Previous Versions” text was clickable.

Note it also shows up indented under "List of Useful Tools"
