• Resolve an issue where recombinant descendants that does not start with X (e.g. FD.1.1) were discarded across Duotang (Closes #213).
• Added detailed methodology for calculating the values behind case count selection trend plots in the methods section. (Closes #204).
• Rephrased the caption text on case count trend plots for better clarity. (Closes #216)
• Added per pango group regression lines into the RTT plots (Thank you @Art). (Closes #180)
