GrowingLineage file should include reference lineage #299

Since it s very easy to download those tables independently from the page : https://covarr-net.github.io/duotang/archive/ date /downloads/GrowingLineages.tsv I think it would be usefull to know what was the reference lineage. Maybe in the header ?
