some suggestions floating around are:

[ ] Art: trying to get a rough estimate of migration rates among provinces and then basing the colour palette off that, so that there is more of a smooth gradient (in a recent paper: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2021/04/06/2021.04.01.438061/F2.large.jpg?width=800&height=600&carousel=1)
[x] Carmen Lia: visualize the differences across the within-lineage molecular clock estimates (across VOCs), e.g. a boxplot of the table we currently have in the notebook and add global comparison. We would need to run several trees so this is not too biased (tree specific estimates).

Mol. clock rates of three trees are now included as a boxplot. No global comparison, yet.
