Basic Summary Stats #4

Summary of data - look at date ranges of sites, constituents, etc.

I provided a subset of RW data on the Roaring Fork--which is on one end of our spectrum, a group that monitors many stations and have for a long time. The other end is a group that monitors one station one year or less.

Thanks - please keep an eye on issue #9 regarding bad data? and outliers.
