Trends - for sites with sufficient data, dramatic trends. Address issue related to differing time periods and possibly seasonality ( low and high flow periods)

Most stations will not have enough data between sites but might w/in sites - but depends on what trends and what precision of trend looking for. Would be great to be able to quantify and articulate what we could do--- if had xyz data, and share that with volunteers as a goal perhaps. That would resonate with some groups.
