finished player forms fixed layout consistency issues with size of buttons, color, alignment, etc currently trying to put player name on personal upcoming event list, having some issues with the callbacks in the controller

Duan, you need to fetch the upstream mobile and merge on your machine before submitting, there are conflicts apparently
