Homepage, static images, event_show, and dates #85

updated the static pages and homepage with images. Moved the map tab on the event show to the second tab (don't worry, I fixed that bug where if a map is initialiazed hidden it is super small.)

Also fixed a time/date bug for the events.

I can tab up the carpool page, but that can be later.
