Update installation steps #143

I was hoping we could get an updated and confirmed working instruction set for npk. I have not be able to get it to work, even after following others slightly dated tutorials/comments on how to install this.

This is probably a good idea. Also, the dependencies have been getting harder to find (jq in particular), so adding a Docker method may finally be prudent.
