Missions that require fixes. #246

The following missions have had their Mission.conf file deleted and need to be updated and brought into working order. Please let me know if there is no intent to update these missions and we will remove them entirely.

Arland
- [ ] opDrew @MrPvTDagger this mission is incredibly broken and needs to be rebuilt
Barzan
- [x] RussianSecrecy @Pi123263 All of the groups need to be rebuilt, also get rid of the rainbow truck,
- [x] IllustriousDawn @GHPCee BMPs need to be replaced with working. and I would like updated group/char prefabs
Chernarus
- [x] Breakthrough @tanaaKa BMPs and characters need updating/replacing
- [x] Cache Hunt @tanaaKa vehicles need to be added/replaced.
- [x] Sweep of Stary Yar @HitTheMan there is a PR request for an update already. Russian PLT needs to be fixed.
Eden
- [x] Montignac S&D @Geek-x104 slotting is messed up (also the conf was named wrong but thats been deleted)
- [x] Forest Fuckery @Salamiboio scripting on this mission remains broken
Mussalo
- [x] Bridge Breakthrough @HitTheMan Russian PLT needs to be fixed.
Zarichne
- [x] IntoTheBreach @HitTheMan there is a PR request for an update already. Russian PLT needs to be fixed.

Any missions from maps no longer in the modpack have had their mission.conf deleted and will need to be tested when/if the map is brought back into the rotation

With the content refresh non-fixed mission are no longer playable anyways
