Fixed typos in manual and missing figures. Increased length of movie and rectification resolution. Added Dark feature capability for SCPs.

Once approved. Please Merge into Master

@burritobrittany this looks great and ran for me!

I like the higher resolution of the examples and I think the increase in number of frames is worth it to make some of the pixel-stack products look good.

Manual is great too! Nice work on this!
