How to get the input data? #58

Hi All, I used the cBathy-Toolbox toolbox for the first time, so I am not familiar with the use of the toolbox. When I tried to run the analyzeBathyCollect function, I didn't know how to get the input data. I want to know if there are other toolkits or functions that are used to collect input data?

if you do a 'help cBathy' you should see the wrapper routines that are used to all the cBathy engine, analyzeBathyCollect. There are options depending on the nature of your data, but likely you will want to use analyzeBathySingleRunNotCIL (I think). You should also read some of the beautiful documentation that is available to explain it all. Check under the wiki tab.

Heyy, can you able to run cBathy successfully?
I am trying to run the same but i just started now. Just once let me know the sequential flow of cBathy and kind of basics issues during running cBathy. Hope I can ask if i get any queries.
