Updating website theme #9

The current CIRN website is hosted on Github Pages with regular HTML content. Github Pages also supports Jekyll, a static site generator. One of the main advantages of Jekyll is the use of custom themes, which can improve the aesthetics of the pages.

Googling "Jekyll themes" comes up with a lot of results, but I've selected a couple which might be appropriate for the CIRN website, listed below. You can click the links for the demo site for each one. I like number 5) as it has a landing page but also supports more detailed documentation.

If we can agree on a theme, I can transition the exisiting content into the chosen theme and submit a pull request.

I like 5 too! This is great as I think I was the sole maintainer of the website and would love a more streamlined way to update the content. Thanks Chris!
