Consider disabling / enabling the different proxy strategies #16

The extension by default hardcodes three different proxy search strategies:

Desktop
Java
Environmental variables

Allow the user to enable / disable these strategies:

Create a burp UI element that displays the current settings via burp.IBurpExtenderCallbacks.loadExtensionSetting(String) or default if none loaded
Save any changes via burp.IBurpExtenderCallbacks.saveExtensionSetting(String, String)
Enforce these via the provider

Note: this has repercussions for the cache. If a user deselects a search strategy that was previously used to create an upstream proxy, it follows this upstream proxy should be removed (by default) from burp.
