Consider allowing users to override unloading behavior by not clearing entries #17

When the extension is unloaded or removed, it will automatically clean up any existing proxies it added. Consider exposing a setting configurable via the UI that disables this behavior (default setting is enabled). Once disabled, when the extension is unloaded, then it won't remove these entries.
