Add DND Support in Eclipse and Burp plugins

Add drag and drop support. Helpful background:

• EMF Forms 1.8.0 Feature: Factories for TreeViewer and TableViewer . Describes factories that ease the use of DND
• TreeMasterDetailSWTBuilder.customizeDragAndDrop JavaDoc. A builder created from one of the new factories, w/ its DND method.
• DNDProvider JavaDoc, using the Eclipse SWT DND support.
• Vogella tutorial on Eclipse DND, because Vogella.
