BundleException: Could not resolve module: org.eclipse.compare.win32 #30

I see this a lot in the console:

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module: org.eclipse.compare.win32 [36]
  Unresolved requirement: Require-Capability: eclipse.platform; filter:="(osgi.os=win32)"

Understand why it's there and maybe implement a fix.
