Service for Coastal Vulnerability data no longer exists #2

Coastal Vulnerability data for both Cayman and Caribbean wide regions no longer exists. See link below. Ancillary data (ie roads, habitat) does exist

Service does exist on dev server. But contains 'dummy' data
