missing ace.js #77

I cannot edit a Theme because the composer installation is missing ace.js. Also seems to be missing some other files, such as Bootstrap css/js and jQuery.

Default CSS file is missing some styles, such as theme_file_tree_sidebar.

Also, where to get the Coaster2017 theme?
