- if a user is already in an org, don't immediately redirect them (but let them know_, in case they want to copy the link
- if a user isn't signed in, redirect them to log in (may require some login changes to move to the next route)
adds confirmation pages to join links, allowing users to join organizations at these links. fixes #72
