Log->Connect Dbgview agent will attempt to connect to the dbgview TCP port. It should check is the agent is running and start it is not.
Hide the menu option if dbgview.exe is not found either in the same directory as debugviewpp.exe or in the dbgview-registry. [ not true: it could also be running remotely ]
Remove the logsource if the connection fails
Turn on the checkmark in the menu item if the connection succeeds

Test: test connecting to dbgview-agent remotely, and correct the default-name and port number
