Build x64 setup not working #276

The x64 setup actually packages thw 32-bit output, so when the 32-bit is not available you can see Wix-project fails in 64-bit mode.

However, it is actually always failing, in the sense that when it is says it succeeded, it is still packaging the wrong binaries.
