More Accelerator keys #86

Ctrl-X -> Clear Log Ctrl-Y -> Clear View Ctrl-L -> Toggle Clock time

Ctrl-T -> Always on Top Ctrl-M -> Hide When Minimized

(no accelarator key for Capture Global or Pauze, so you do not press these by accident)

Ctrl-X exists already Ctrl-Y usually means redo.. Ctrl-T means Toggle time view in DbgView, we use it for new View, should be Ctrl-N I don't think options should have shortcut keys,

Convention is now: Ctrl+@ applies to View, Ctrl+Shift+@ applies to Log. Pause does Pause :-)

Oh, and we should not forget to add the shortcut key behind the menu-items
