The top one (of the ones at the bottom) is Bechtel I'm pretty sure. Not sure about the others. This is from the only other high res image I have.
edit: bottom could be an older logo for Contraves A.G the fairing maker.
The top one is indeed a vintage Bechtel logo, and the bottom one is indeed Contraves, although it's usually blue on white, at least on old disk drives. I think that the fifth one from the top might be a subunit of United Technologies Corporation (the booster subcontractor), they still use that circle logo, though again, usually blue on white. The first two words are the right length for "United" and "Technologies", too, but no clue on the other two. Oddly, I can't see anything that looks like the Aerojet logos that I know. I'd expect the engine subcontractor to be plastered there.
It would be nice to have a user manual for the thing, but I only ever saw a reference to the paper version.
Edit: Second from the bottom might be Dornier, they made the payload adapter. Also, notice that the first two logos are different, my photo is from Skynet/JCSat dual launch, yours probably from Mars Observer. So it's quite possible that the first two (and the one after the blue "CE" logo in my pic) are the payload subcontractors. The CE, long one, the blue brackets with a dot, United, Dornier and Contravers all appear on both, although position of the CE logo makes me wonder if it simply was involved in both JCSat and Mars Observer. The one pic I have of the Intelsat LV doesn't seem to have it, but it's too far to tell for sure.
Edit2: United Technologies Chemical Systems. One of the papers referenced the full name.
I think that the one in the middle is Delco Systems Corporation. I managed to find a presentation listing the subcontractors, but I still have no idea what the third from the bottom is.
The one in the middle is Delco, probably something like Delco Systems Corporation, judging by word lengths. I found a paper listing contractors, still no idea what this long one is, though.
I just realized that Commercial Titan 3 had a seriously cool paintjob: http://www.capcomespace.net/dossiers/espace_US/lanceurs_US/titan/titan%20commercial%20avril%201990.jpg Could we get that TITAN decal with the star in the "A"? The other bits are simple enough (I'll be making a PR with the Martin Marietta flag after I'm done with other Titans), but that one is quite unique.
Also, if anyone knows what those logos on the bottom of the stage are, info is appreciated. I can't make them out in the photos I've seen, they're probably 90s vintage logos of Martin's subcontractors.
