What are tracking antennas on KSP?

@computercat04 they will follow the homeworld at all times the same way a solar panel tracks the sun, the Mariner 10 dish does this. No real gameplay benefit but it looks cool and fun. Provides an extra layer of refinement to the animation for things that would be capable of tracking IRL. This is a stock feature actually but not many people use it.

Can I suggest maybe the Apollo HGA's too, those would've pointed home always
