--help param that shows the command line options And maybe even --help to show help for a certain thing like keyboard shortcuts, commands, etc. it would be interesting if it opened the help page directly in cano (so the help files could be somewhere in the cano directory) Oh yeah this would also allow for the command in cano ":h" or ":help"
