Fix comments & small changes #243

This PR fixes the comments in the config.

At the moment, comments are not saved in the config file, so they're pretty much useless. This PR fixes that, so they're visible in the config which will also help with configuration.

I'll merge this into a separate branch, then merge master into that branch and fix all the conflicts.
