Arrow sound fix

Description

When you shot an arrow you heard the sound as if the arrow landed next to you when you shouldn't hear the sound.

I made a small adjustment so that you hear the sound like the vanilla minecraft.

How has this been tested?

I tested this on my server with few other players, Everything looks normal and there are no bugs with arrows anymore.
