it removes the pluginmetrics (not bstats!) because its superseded by bstats and isnt there anyways. closes #305
the other things in that enhancement are suggestions (like removing BukkitMirrorTest in that referenced link) and therefore should it close it.
How has this been tested?
no build errors, nothing in console, should be fine
