Safari Timer kicking you to marketplace once timer expires, regardless of being in Safari Zone #133

Feature: [Safari Zone]

Expected Behaviour: [If you leave Safari for timer to stop or cancel]

Current Behaviour: [If you leave, timer will continue until 15 minutes is up and regardless of where you are/what you're doing, teleports you to marketplace (default spawn, I'm assuming.)]
