Feature: Outbreaks + Legends

Expected Behaviour: Proper Spawns around player

Current Behaviour: Will sometimes spawn the legendary or outbreak pokemon or shinies into walls, suffocating them.

Will take a look and add to my to-do, but this should not be an issue on most recent versions unless people made 1 block holes in walls.
