Non-shiny Goomy hat missing from cosmetics menu #87

Feature: Goomy hat from Event crate

Expected Behaviour: Receive Goomy hat and redeem into cosmetics menu

Current Behaviour: Receive Goomy hat, but only the shiny variant is listed in the cosmetics menu, but not in the Event crate.

This issue was fixed as well.
