Twitch bot not present in channels after reconnect #313

After using the "Reconnect Twitch" button on the dashboard the twitch bot does not appear to be in the twitch chats but it does appear to be connected to the IRC server (the /twitch/alive endpoint returns "Hap! Hap! Hap!")
