Relax exrm requirement #9

exrm is approaching 1.0.0 and I'd like to help test it. I'm wondering if this should maybe be a dev dep?

This was addressed by another pull request so it is fixed now. Closing this. Thanks for reporting it and sorry it took so long to do something about it!
