Stop catastrophically failing #3

If the script runs and fails or doesn't output anything, the file is blow away.

Like here it was blown away for a week and it was a silent failure cause I didn't get an email ;-;

This should be fixed, unhandled rejections will stop node from running.

Also, fetches will retry until a 200 for 3 times, so hopefully that'll prevent more failures than necessary...
