Light Inner Angle #246

Describe the bug Inner angle be locked below outer angle.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to level 7.
  2. Turn on the directional light.
  3. Move the leaves to make the the angle of the light small.
  4. When the leaves are close together, the light will pour out the bottom.

Expected behaviour Light should only be cast in a small area in front of the light.
