Adding a credit sequence to the game. The credits give attribution to the game creators, consultant help and CC0 licence material that we used. Also added a quit button and improved the button quality on the level selection scene. Resolves #276

We should talk about this in meeting today. We need to make sure I didn't forgot to attribute anyone and fix some spacing issues.
