Add more actions to context menu #33

There should be more "actions" for essential apps.

Examples:

basic/personal places/folders which exist across all systems (file manager)
open normal or incognito window (browser)

I'll probably add support for the "action" part of desktop files, but the only app I'm willing to add more is the file manager nemo, which has some support for special folders baked into cinnamon.
