Remove workplaces from context menu if count <= 1 #35

I'm not sure if there is any great disadvantage, but since I'm not using the workplaces feature, these menu entries could be removed if the user only uses one workplace. And by using I mean only one workplace has been created or a 2nd one gets deleted, so only one is left over.

"Show on all workplaces" could be handled the same way?
