Record and add gifs to the readme to make it more compelling

I've started working on this, also talked one of my webdev oriented friends into making the project a website of some kind. He mentioned seeing someone basically use a discord deeplink to autofire a starting command when the link is clicked, which would be really cool in general if we had a demo of some kind. We should also make a server dedicated to this where we can show off the bot and provide live support to others before 1.0 so it's there.

How many demo gifs should we make? We need both the tester and the target running for sure, but what else?
