Some of the proxies at mtg.onl aren't great image choices or really low image quality, so if other alternatives exist, let me know.
I assume 3/3 Elk
is also one of these:

This issue is about tokens for old sets that were never printed.
That link is a request for a "token" card for a new set as a convenience. It would need its own issue.
Reading Oko again, you are right. It's just for convenience as the wording doesn't mention a token.
Our favorite card Blessed Sanctuary will now also be token-less
Our favorite card Blessed Sanctuary will now also be token-less
here's the token for that
Is that a badly-cropped screenshot from MTG Arena? That's not the level of quality I'm looking for here.
https://www.mtg.onl/mtg-missing-tokens/ revealed e.g. Uktabi Kong's 1/1 Ape token, that we do not have yet.
This list might be a resource to find other missing ones.
Support for silver-bordered sets was not planned due to lack of oracle errata making them incompatible and hard to work with. See #48
HTR17 also has two cards that create tokens, but these tokens were never released.
https://scryfall.com/card/htr17/1/diabolical-salvation
https://scryfall.com/card/htr17/2/inzerva-master-of-insights
As these are not "playable" cards its not a high priority to make tokens for them, but I thought it should be added to the list of missing tokens regardless.
Ophiomancer's Token should be updated with the official artwork, since the current artwork was a substitute because there wasn't an official one.
Some self-updating, informational data on the tokens.xml file at master
regarding pictures:
set
element at all: <set>
): <set picURL="">
): Some tokens do not have an entry at all yet, like those reported here.
I don't know if this is the kind of thing you were thinking of, but I made a Unicorn token in MTG CardSmith for Blessed Sanctuary's token.
The art is from The Unicorn is in Captivity and No Longer Dead, an extremely public domain medieval tapestry. If this token is acceptable, I can host it wherever is most convenient for hotlinking.
I also made tokens for Evil Comes to Fruition and The Iron Guardian Stirs by just using the card art from the schemes themselves, but that might violate WotC's copyright so I don't know if you actually want them.
I copied your token and put it in a pr
Possible Spirit Token for Broken Visage:
Art is from the public domain painting Richard III and the Ghosts by William Blake (circa 1806). I think a bunch of ghosts accosting a guy fits with Broken Visage's destroy effect, but I understand if the spirits aren't front and center enough for a spirit token.
Some possible Wall Tokens for Wall of Kelp and Jungle Patrol:
Image is a CC0 (Public Domain Dedication) photo of some kelp that I passed through the Oilify filter in GIMP.
Image is the public domain painting Landscape with a Wooden Fence and Figures by Salomon van Ruysdael (circa 1630)
if you want you could just add these to the xml, see #155 it's just right clicking the picture>copy image link and pasting it in there under the right card name
OK, I can do that. The only reason I was posting them here is because it seemed like psithief wanted URLs in this thread, but, in retrospect, 'provide a URL' probably meant to the xml directly.

The emphasis was on the "allows hot-linking" part. :)
Found out that MTG.Design makes tokens in a more modern style than MTG CardSmith. I can put together another pull request with redone tokens if you feel like this is an improvement.
Also, just to check, where is the best place for me to host the images for use here? Is putting them on GitHub like I've been doing OK or is something like Imgur better or does it even matter?
it does not matter, as long as the url stays valid, imgur keeps images just the same
if you think it's worth changing the token, I'm fine with either though
Bigger token means higher quality picture, I like it.
Thanks for looking into most of the missing token art @SlightlyCircuitous!
According to https://github.com/Cockatrice/Magic-Token/issues/85#issuecomment-1144882883, the only tokens in the file with missing art are now:

Going off of mainman879's comment about Heroes of the Realm, there are several more cards that make tokens in those sets (and thus in Cockatrice) that we may or may not care to make some cards for. Heroes is some kind of internal rewards set for WotC employees, so these cards were never printed for the masses and not intended to be playable. I imagine the priority for these is way lower than the schemes.
Chandra, Gremlin Wrangler makes a 2/2 red Gremlin token (though the one from AER is probably sufficient)
Dungeon Master makes five different tokens:
1/1 black Skeleton with "When this creature dies, each opponent gains 2 life."
3/3 red Fighter with first strike
1/1 white Cleric token with lifelink
2/2 black Rogue token with hexproof
1/1 blue Wizard token with flying.
Kharis & the Beholder makes a 1/1 white Human token (though, there's plenty of those around in the xml already).
The Legend of Arena makes a 2/1 red Human Wizard token.
Euroakus makes some number of 1/1 blue Human Wizard tokens (which exist already in ENM)
Ersta, Friend to All makes a 1/1 WUBRG Human Wizard token as well as an emblem
[New in 2024]
Svega, the Unconventional makes a novel 1/1 WUBRG Attendee token.
Karn, Living Legacy (DMU) Never got a physical print for his Emblem, and the token does not exist in real life, but does exist in MTG Arena Emblem effect: "Tap an untapped artifact you control: This emblem deals 1 damage to any target.”
Tokens from J22 that never got printed:
Colorless artifact token named Banana with “{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add {R} or {G}. You gain 2 life.” created by Kibo, Uktabi Prince
1/1 red Pirate creature token with menace and haste created by Daring Piracy
5/5 colorless artifact token Vehicle named Zeppelin with flying and crew 3 made by Lita, Mechanical Engineer
Wilds of Eldraine Commander added one token with no art:
3/1 red Knight creature token made by Court of Embereth
To summarize this long thread for anyone jumping in later, currently the only tokens without images are ones made by the Heroes of the Realm cards mentioned in this comment and this comment.
The following tokens were never printed and so do not have official images. To assist, you will need to provide a URL that allows hot-linking to the image.
