pages preview event not fired on change

The preview features is great for seeing the effects on the changes you are making live before publishing them.

however, while the content page preview event is fired on every change page/layout events are only fired once when opening the preview page.

Events should be fired when new layout components are added to a page & content of existing layout components change without saving the page and reopening the preview page

i got it to work, it was because of how we hooked the event with the app
