[100% Remoto - US] Dialpad - Software Engineer iOS

Dialpad é uma empresa que fornece soluções de business communications para outras empresas, incluindo ligações voip, mensageria, video conferência, call center, etc. O diferencial do produto é a plataforma de telefonia totalmente cloud, permitindo transferir ligações da rede comum de telefonia (operadoras de celular por exemplo) para ligações voip de maneira instantânea. Isso permite (por exemplo) atender uma ligação no meu celular e continuar no computador sem a outra pessoa perceber a transferência. Além disso, temos forte AI integrada à plataforma, o que permite speech-to-text em tempo real. O nosso foco é o mercado de pequenas e médias empresas, mas já temos grandes clientes como Uber, TED e Motorola.

Eu trabalho na Dialpad há quase 2 anos como gerente de engenharia para o time de iOS. Atualmente temos 7 devs iOS e 6 devs Android. Mês passado recebemos um funding de 100 milhões de dólares, e estamos dobrando o time Mobile!

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality native iOS applications with beautiful custom UI. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform requirements and UI mockups to product features. Contribute to all stages of the development process from defining requirements and UI to deploying the mobile applications. Add features, fix bugs, and general maintenance of our iOS apps. Find simple, elegant solutions to hard problems.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on, object-oriented development experience with 1+ years developing mobile applications. Experience with Swift, various iOS frameworks, and modern iOS APIs. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and pay attention to details and the quality of the code. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with remote teams. Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible.
