Not Working in 9.3 #397

I've been having the same error since last evening when using "New Podfile from Xcode Project" on the Cocoapods app. Deleted and recreated a new Xcode project but still receive this message. I am also using Xcode Version 9.3 (9E145), RubyGems 2.6.8, Mac OS X 10.13.4 (17E199) and Cocoapods App Version 1.4.0 (1.4.0).
